All of it helped me MANIFEST into the woman I’m BECOMING.
I founded Ephesians 6 Productions with a passion to create, inspire, and serve. Over the years, that vision expanded through speaking, coaching, podcasting, conferences, stage productions, and leadership development.
Along the way, I launched E6 Coaching & Consulting, helping people discover purpose, overcome life’s detours, and move toward their God-given destiny.
Today, that journey has evolved into Becoming with Erica J.
Becoming isn’t a departure from where I started—it’s the next chapter. It reflects the transformation God has been working in me for years and the message I now share with others:
Your detours don’t disqualify you… they prepare you for your destiny.
